Southern Bride Magazine

Southern Bride Magazine

It’s been nearly two years since we took part in an “Inspiring Ideas” photo shoot for Southern Bride. The event manager at The Courtyard Manor on Dauphin called us in to install our stunning suspended cake table for the shoot. Cakes by Judi brought in a gorgeous REAL cake to place on the table. The cake was then decorated with flowers by Cleveland Florist. Sterling Event Design draped the table so that it looked like the cake was held up by swags of fabric. “Gorgeous Green” was our color palette, and the photos appeared in the Winter/Spring 2013 edition.

Although the picture below is not from the magazine shoot, you can see what a bold statement a cake hung from the ceiling can make. If you’re looking for a really different way to display your wedding cake, inside or outside, this is it!
